Our custom feather flag trade sizes range from S to XL, with vertical heights from 260CM (8.2 feet) to 500CM (16.4 feet). Various base styles allow the flags to be used in both indoor and outdoor exhibitions. Our flagpoles are made from carbon fiber and aluminum alloy, with a diameter of 17MM. They have a wind resistance rating of 5-6 levels.
The feather flags are double-sided printed, allowing for different colors on both sides on a single layer of fabric or using three-layer fabric for double-sided printing, with a block liner between the two layers of flag fabric.
The main features of these custom feather flags for trade shows are:
1. Lightweight and easy to store. If you choose a cross or spike base, the whole flag set, including accessories, can fit into an Oxford carrying bag, making it convenient for storage.
2. Easy to assemble. No instruction manual is needed, and the flag can be set up in less than three minutes.
3. The flag can be printed with the same or different content on both sides to attract customers from different angles.
4. Space-saving yet tall, making it easier to attract more potential customers at crowded exhibitions.
5. When used indoors, the flag image won’t fade within five years, making it very cost-effective and reusable.
6. The flagpole is reusable. If your next exhibition has a different theme, you can replace the flag without having to purchase a new pole.

The biggest advantage of this flagpole is that the longest section does not exceed 120CM. This helps us save a lot on shipping costs, as many courier companies charge an extra fee for oversized packages if the product packaging exceeds 120CM
The available sizes of our this quality flagpoles are: 280CM (9.2 feet), 340CM (11 feet), 460CM (15 feet), and 560CM (18.4 feet).
The wall thickness of this flagpole is 1.0MM, with a diameter of 17MM.
We also offer flagpoles with wall thicknesses of 1.3MM and 1.5MM, but these are not in stock. Custom orders require a minimum quantity of 100 sets.

Our spike base is used on sand or grass. If your event is held outdoors, you can choose our spike base, which is 50CM long.
If your exhibition is outdoors, I recommend choosing a slightly heavier base, such as a 4KG iron plate base, a 6KG iron plate base, or a 3KG cross base with a water bag. Our water bag can hold up to 12KG of water.
This is heavy duty base ,it can hold 13kg water.
It is for outdoor using ,and put this under the tire of the car .
If you are using it for an indoor exhibition, our cross base will be sufficient. You can choose to add a water bag or not. If you select the smallest size feather flag, I suggest not using the water bag. Our cross base options range from 1KG to 3KG.

Two layers of flag material are sewn together with a blackout fabric in between.
For the front and back sides, you can choose to print the same or different content, and the price remains the same.
We can do either heat transfer printing or direct digital printing. Heat transfer printing costs more, but the colors come out more vibrant and beautiful, with stronger oxidation resistance and longer outdoor durability. If it’s direct digital printing, the price is more economical, the delivery time is faster, but it fades more easily when used outdoors, typically lasting only about six months outdoors.
If you are using it for an indoor exhibition, I recommend the cost-effective direct-printed flag.
This fabric is available in 180g and 280g options. Our printer prints both sides simultaneously, allowing for different designs on the front and back, with high speed.
The flags made from this fabric are straighter and have a better visual effect, though the cost is relatively higher. This material is chosen by fewer customers.
This fabric can only be used for direct digital printing and cannot achieve a double-sided effect with heat transfer printing.

at the overall graphic layout size.
– All graphic files must be created using
CMYK mode to ensure the best color matching.
If you would like a specific color matched, you
MUST provide both PMS color and CMYK
values or we cannot guarantee color matching.
– It is best to flatten all images and outline all text
to ensure that nothing will be dropped out or
changed during the file transfer.
– Graphics can be extended to the very edge
but beware of the red visual line. Keep
important images & text inside the red visual line.
Images outside of the red visual line are subject
to be trimmed off or covered by stitching.
– Remove the red visual line and help instructions
upon submitting your artwork.
