We use copper grommets, which will not rust when used outdoors, and the surface is painted.
There are different colors to choose from, such as silver, black, and gold，copper .
The inner diameter we have 8mm -1.5 cm to choose.
2.5 cm width bleed to make the hem around the edge of the vinyl banner ,we have two ways to make the hem , one is glue and the other one is to sew the edge .

For our 19.5 oz heavy duty pvc vinyl banner ‘s material ,it is single side printed , so the back of the banner will be in white color .
If you need double sides printed outdoor vinyl banner , we also can provide ,but the material is 18 oz double sides printable pvc banner .We can print different graphic on both side of the banner.
First of all, it depends on how long your banner will be used outdoor. If you want it to last more than a year, we recommend UV ink printing. Although the cost is high, it lasts longer and the printed colors are more beautiful and realistic. If it is only used for a short event, I recommend using cheap large inkjet printing.
The second is your budget. If the budget is tight, use a cheaper printing method.
If your banner is used indoors, inkjet printing is fine. It will not fade noticeably in five years, but the surface color will oxidize a little.
If your banner is to be used on a roadside or highway billboard, I recommend UV printing, because the installation fee is very high. If you use a cheaper printing method, you will have to replace the banner in about a year.

Some customer needs inner package for each printed vinyl banner ,some customers do not need.
If the size of your banner is within 120 cm width , we will roll them up with paper or inner tube .The extra tube will be charged based on the size and quantity you need.
Our American clients often prefer to pack the banner with paper tube ,so they can send the banners to their dealers or shops directly with tube .
If the size of your banner is very large ,over 120 cm ,we will fold it up ,or the shipping cost will be very high ,DHL or Fedex or UPS will charge extra cost if our package size is over 120 cm .
There will be creases on the folded banner after it is opened, and the creases are not so easy to disappear. The creases will gradually disappear after a week after installation. If you want the creases to recover faster, you can use a hair dryer to blow on the creases.
If there is dirt on the surface of the banner, you can use a rag dipped in clean water or alcohol to wipe the surface of the banner. The banner is waterproof and sun-proof, so wiping will not damage the picture.
When storing, be sure to put it in a dry place, fold and pack it for storage
All our products are customized, so a 30% deposit is required. If you are our retail customer, we need to receive a 100% deposit. If your order amount exceeds $1,000, you can prepay 30% and pay the balance before delivery.
If you are our old customer for more than five years and place orders every month, we can accept monthly settlement.
If you are our agent, we can also arrange the order without a deposit and pay it before delivery.
– All graphic files must be built at 150 dpi at the overall graphic layout size.
– All graphic files must be created using CMYK mode to ensure the best color matching.
If you would like a specific color matched, you MUST provide both Pantone number color and CMYK values or we cannot guarantee color matching.
– It is best to flatten all images and outline all text to ensure that nothing will be dropped out or changed during the file transfer.
– Graphics can be extended to the very edge,but beware of the red visual line in our template. Keep important images & text inside the red visual line.
Images outside of the red visual line are subject to be trimmed off or covered by stitching.
– Remove the red visual line and help instructions upon submitting your artwork.
