Cotton flags are the perfect choice for those who want a vintage and timeless look, making them ideal for reenactments and ceremonial use. One of the most loved features of cotton flags is their excellent drape due to their heavier weight and natural fibers.
Although cotton flags can be used outdoors, synthetic fabrics are more commonly used for outdoor purposes. The natural quality of cotton makes it prone to mildew, rot, and sun damage if not properly maintained. Cotton fabric has a more aesthetic appearance and is the preferred choice for indoor use.

Polyester is a composite fabric that is widely used and does not require a minimum order quantity. For large orders, the price is very competitive. It is mainly printed using heat transfer or digital printing. If using heat transfer, the flag can last about a year outdoors; if using digital printing, it can last about six months if continuously displayed outdoors. Polyester flags come in various weights, from 80D (75g-280g), and are available in single-sided or double-sided printing. They are widely popular and easily meet most needs.

If you need a large quantity, nylon flags may be considered as they are more durable and less prone to fading. We use screen printing or water printing processes with high color fastness. If you want something more cost-effective, go for polyester flags, as they are very affordable regardless of the quantity.
I recommend cotton flags for their strong vertical drape and more vintage appearance. However, cotton is the most expensive material among the three.
