Our custom polyester flags’ fabric is made of 110g warp-knitted material, with a wind resistance rating of up to level 10, and it’s waterproof and UV-resistant. We use dual-print technology to print on both sides of the fabric simultaneously, ensuring there is no color difference between the front and back. The logo on the back appears as a mirror image, and the background color is exactly the same.
Many single-layer flags on the market are printed only on one side, which means the back color is visible through the fabric, resulting in a much lighter color than the front. Additionally, single-layer prints tend to fade more easily, and visually, they don’t compare to our double-sided printing on a single layer of fabric.

The 110g warp-knitted fabric is made from materials like polyester, weighing 110 grams per square meter, which is about 3.9 oz. It has excellent breathability and dries quickly, making it much more durable than standard 80D polyester fabric. It’s also highly cost-effective.
This fabric doesn’t require ironing if it gets creased; the wrinkles disappear quickly once the flag is hung up.
Additionally, flags made from this material can be hand-washed or machine-washed, but bleach should not be used. Regular laundry detergents are fine.

Our factory uses copper rustless grommets and under the groments / eyelets we will put plastic or extra fabric to make the corner stronger .
This sleeve can be made large or small. We always use very thick braid or Oxford cloth to make the sleeve. We will not use flag cloth because it is too thin and easy to break.
If the flag is large in size, it can be used outdoors with a metal flagpole. If it is a small-sized flag, then we will hand-wave the flag, then use a wooden or plastic stick.
First, we will fold and double-stitch the four sides of the flag, and then use a plastic sheet to pad under the buttonholes so that the flag will not be easily torn.
We wrapped the left side of the flag with very thick woven tape, and then fastened the eyelets on the woven tape so that the flag would not be easily torn when used outdoors.
Our printing machines have a maximum width of 160 cm, allowing us to create flags that are 150 cm wide without seams, with a length of up to 50 meters.
However, we can also create larger flags by stitching, and the seams are reinforced. So, even if your design covers over 200 square meters, we can accommodate that.
Additionally, this fabric is foldable, enabling us to fold oversized flags into smaller pieces, significantly reducing shipping costs. Unlike PVC or vinyl, which cannot be folded, our fabric offers this convenience.

The colors on the front and back are exactly the same, there is no difference in depth, because it is printed by two nozzles at the same time, so there will be no color difference.
This printing method is better than the single-sided digital printing and is less likely to fade.
The price is much cheaper than the double-sided printed flag made of double-layer fabric.
Please provide us with the Pantone color number of each color. We can match the color according to the number in the color card book. Usually, we can achieve 95% closeness. For some special colors, we can achieve about 85% closeness.
CMYK color values are not required. This has no reference value for us, because the same CMYK color values printed on different materials will produce very different colors.
The lifespan of the flags varies based on different climates and usage conditions. Generally, they last between 6 months to a year outdoors. For indoor use, they can last for over a decade without any issues.
Absolutely! CMYK full-color printing is available, and the price remains the same regardless of whether you print one color or multiple colors.
Please store the custom printed flags in a dry, non-humid environment. If they get dirty, you can hand-wash or machine-wash them, but avoid using bleach, as it can affect the longevity of the print and cause fading.
You can use a household iron to smooth out the creases, but keep the temperature low, or place a cloth between the iron and the flag.
