Our Small Flags on Sticks are double-sided printed, meaning the logo can be correctly read from both sides. We use 280g blockout fabric with double-sided direct digital printing.
The flag size is 20×20 cm, and the flagpole is a 30 cm wooden rod (the length of the flagpole can be customized). There is no minimum order quantity for this custom flag; you can order as few as 1 piece, but the more you order, the more cost-effective it becomes.

Our direct digital printing machine prints on both sides of small flags on sticks simultaneously, so there is no color difference on both sides. The colors on both sides are identical, and the ink is waterproof and UV-resistant, making our flags suitable for outdoor use.
Many factories print one side first and then the other, which can result in color differences and significant discrepancies in the alignment of the images on both sides. Our alignment error is controlled within 5 mm.
We use CMYK full-color printing, so whether your design is full-color with gradients or just a simple single color, our price remains the same. Additionally, there’s no screen setup fee, so there’s no minimum order quantity, and the cost for custom samples is very affordable.
We use a heat-cutting technique around the printed small flags edges, which prevents fraying and gives a clean, attractive finish.
Our flagpoles / sticks are made of birch wood, not bamboo. Although many flagpoles on the market may look similar, they are actually made of bamboo, which is not as durable as birch wood.
The top of our flagpole is secured with a high-adhesion glue, ensuring that the top part won’t easily come loose, no matter how long the flag is used
The Small Flags On Sticks are the same wood stick or pvc plastic, but the fabric of the flag is different. For single-sided flags, we use 110 g knitted fabric with digital printing on one side. The logo on the opposite side will appear as a mirror image and cannot be read correctly. However, the background color is the same and not just a bleed-through from the printed side.
110 g knitted fabric is much better than 100 D polyester fabric .
