Our factory uses copper rustless grommets and under the groments / eyelets we will put plastic or extra fabric to make the corner stronger .
We wrapped the left side of the flag with very thick woven tape, and then fastened the eyelets on the woven tape so that the flag would not be easily torn when used outdoors.
First, we will fold and double-stitch the four sides of the flag, and then use a plastic sheet to pad under the buttonholes so that the flag will not be easily torn.
This sleeve can be made large or small. We always use very thick braid or Oxford cloth to make the sleeve. We will not use flag cloth because it is too thin and easy to break.
If the flag is large in size, it can be used outdoors with a metal flagpole. If it is a small-sized flag, then we will hand-wave the flag, then use a wooden or plastic stick.
If your custom flag gets dirty, first rinse it with clean water. Do not use alcohol or bleach, as these can damage the print quality.
Hand washing is recommended. Although our flags are heat-resistant, frequent machine washing can shorten their lifespan.
When not in use, store the flag in an OPP bag and keep it in a dry place. Avoid placing it in damp environments to extend its longevity.
We use two methods to make double-sided printed flags, one is three-layer fabric and the other is single-layer fabric.
The actual weight of these two materials is almost the same, but the second type of flag has a better vertical feel and is more expensive in terms of cost.
Our customized feather flags and water drop flags can be made of these two fabrics. Flag printed on the surface, depending on customer preference.

The feature is matte, permeates well, shrinkage warp-2%, weft-3%.
This fabric is the thinnest and cheapest, suitable for disposable flags. Generally, we use direct digital printing for this fabric and do not use the more expensive digital printing methods.
This fabric is the most commonly used and is perfect for feather flags and teardrop flags. It’s durable and long-lasting.
We typically use heat transfer printing for this fabric. However, if identical double-sided color consistency is required, we use our exclusive direct digital printing machine. The ink used in this process isn’t as UV-resistant as heat transfer, so when exposed to intense outdoor sunlight, it will fade in about six months. With single-sided heat transfer printing, the flag can last outdoors for about a year.
This fabric has a glossy finish. We only use heat transfer printing for it, and the printed images are very high-resolution.
The fabric is silky and has a luxurious texture. We often use this fabric for ceremonial ribbons for grand openings, wall flags/banners, and various small flags.
This fabric has a black lining, making it opaque, so printing different images on both sides will not affect the outcome. We print simultaneously on both sides, with a size deviation of just 5mm. Many factories print one side first and then the other, leading to larger size discrepancies for double-sided prints.
This printing technology is unique to our factory and has no minimum order requirement.
We have no limitations when it comes to shapes. We can create any custom shape, such as blade, teardrop, triangle, circle, or irregular shapes.
We use a laser cutting machine, which ensures the fabric has no frayed edges, and the flags come out with precise and beautiful dimensions.
Our custom made flags are all sewn using double stitching, and we use high-quality thread that is durable and resistant to breaking. Professional seamstresses reinforce each finishing point to ensure that the ends of the stitching don’t easily come loose when the flag is used outdoors.
All of our metal grommets are made of brass, so they won’t rust. Some grommets rust and can stain the fabric, but our custom flags don’t have that issue.
Additionally, we don’t attach the grommets directly to the thin fabric. We place a layer of webbing or a plastic sheet underneath, which makes the grommet more secure and prevents the flag from tearing in strong winds
Each of our flags will be inspected by QC before packaging, checking the stitching, checking for stains, checking size, checking colors, and picking out defective products before packaging.
