Our factory mainly manufactures 40 mm and 50 mm hexagonal aluminum tent frames and the printing fabric we provide 600 D pu coated fireproof polyester and 420 D fireproof polyester.
For the printing on the tent roof and side walls ,we can provide full colors dye sublimation printing and silk screen printing ( this is for simple color logo printed )
We can match the Pantone color if you need , we usually will print small swatch sample out for your approval then do the bulk production.
We do not only provide the custom pop up tents with tent roof & side walls ,but also the table covers / feather flags / teardrop flags / roll up banners / X banners ,the full displays for your any events or trade show / exhibition.
Our frame can be used for more than 10 years , we have many customers who bought the frames from us 10 years ago , and replace the roof and side walls only for now.

our 40 mm hexagonal tent frame is heavy , its net weight is 16.7 kg , so we suggest to use this carry bag with wheels to hold the tent frame , if you just pack with carry bag without wheels ,it will be heavy to carry.
If the quantity of your order is over 5 pcs tent frame ,we will provide the rope&stakes and sand bags for free.
If it is less 5 pcs , the price for the sand bag is USD5.0/pcs, USD3.0 for the rope & stakes

Normally we send the heavy tent frames by ocean , DDP service to your address , and you just need to sign for the goods.No need to pay any other extra tax cost.
Each frame packed with good quality outer carton ,and will put some frames together on the tray.So when you get the goods ,they are still on good conditions.
And for the canopy tent roofs or side walls ,we will send by air , it will be cheaper .
– All graphic files must be built at 150 dpi at the overall graphic layout size.
– All graphic files must be created using CMYK mode to ensure the best color matching.
If you would like a specific color matched, you MUST provide both Pantone number color and CMYK values or we cannot guarantee color matching.
– It is best to flatten all images and outline all text to ensure that nothing will be dropped out or changed during the file transfer.
– Graphics can be extended to the very edge,but beware of the red visual line in our template. Keep important images & text inside the red visual line.
Images outside of the red visual line are subject to be trimmed off or covered by stitching.
– Remove the red visual line and help instructions upon submitting your artwork.
